We ship from Fort Myers, Florida. US shipping is a flat rate by order subtotal: $8.95 up to $25, $10.95 to $50, $12.95 to $100, $15.95 to $150, $17.95 to $200, and $20.95 above $200. Canada and overseas orders are billed the US rate plus the destination difference, confirmed by email before we charge.
