We ship from Fort Myers, Florida. US shipping is a flat rate by order subtotal: $8.95 up to $25, $10.95 to $50, $12.95 to $100, $15.95 to $150, $17.95 to $200, and $20.95 above $200. Canada and overseas orders are billed the US rate plus the destination difference, confirmed by email before we charge.

Items returned within 30 days of purchase are refunded in the original form of payment. After 30 days, returns are accepted as store credit. The customer is responsible for return shipping (prepaid, insured, and traceable). Even-dollar exchanges incur no extra shipping or handling.
